  • Is Herbal Shea open for pre-order sales?
    Herbal Shea does not offer pre-orders.
  • How much does it cost to ship to me?
    $10 flat rate for US orders. International shipping charges differ and are calculated at checkout.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Herbal Shea orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday and arrive within 2 to 5 business days of their ship date.
  • What happens if I input an incorrect address?
    The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Herbal Shea is not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address input at checkout. If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, email us at sales@herbalshea.com with the correct shipping address. We will attempt to intercept the order and correct the address before shipping. Once shipped, the patron has incurred this loss. If a package is returned to Herbal Shea due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address which was provided by a patron at the time of checkout, or if the patron is not home to accept the delivery, the patron will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as the additional delivery cost. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    Yes!   • When will my order be fulfilled?
    Please allow 3-5 business days days to receive your tracking number. Once your tracking number is received via email, your package will be shipped out with 3-5 business days. We work as quickly as possible to get your order to you.
  • Can I pay with my Debit or Credit Card (without PayPal)?
    Yes. There are two options: (1) Click the pink button above the yellow PayPal button that reads "Checkout". You will be directed to a new page. Scroll down below the two yellow PayPal buttons that read "PayPal" and "Pay Later". Fill out your shipping information and complete payment with your debit or credit card. (2) In your shopping cart, you will see a yellow button that reads "Check out with PayPal" above the words "My Cart". Click this button. You will be directed to a PayPal checkout portal. Locate the blue "Log In" button or blue login prompting texts. Below this is a grey line with the word "or". Below this is a grey button that reads "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". Click this button and proceed to checkout.
  • Why is my payment pending?
    When a card is reviewed and declined, funds are placed on hold instead and the transaction is voided. Transactions are sometimes rendered incomplete when payment information is entered incorrectly or when invalid payment options are submitted at checkout. Funds will be released and returned to your account in 3 to 5 business days.
  • I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
    Please email sales@herbalshea.com within 5 days of delivery. Please email video or photo evidence of the damaged goods to sales@herbalshea.com to begin the process of a return label.
  • I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
    Please verify that your cart is correct before submitting your order. We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted; however, you can refuse the package when it arrives. Once it is returned, we will issue a refund for the subtotal amount as shipping is non-refundable.
  • My package was stolen. What should I do?
    Herbal Shea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Herbal Shea will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking and the shipping carrier in order for the patron to further investigate.
  • What is your return policy?
    We are committed to creating the highest patron experience possible from start to finish. If your purchase is not satisfactory, please reach out to us. We will do our best to resolve any failures.​ If you would like to return your purchase, please contact team Herbal Shea within 5 days of ​delivery. Please note all sales are final and are not subject to a return.​ We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Patrons are responsible for returned merchandise shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.​ Include your invoice number and your reason for returning the merchandise. Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing and delivery or your return order. We do not accept return on used/open products.
